The NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting class is intended for all individuals regardless of previous shooting experience or NRA-affiliation. Course topics include: gun safety rules, proper operation of revolvers and semi-automatic pistols, ammunition knowledge and selection, pistol selection and storage, shooting fundamentals, pistol inspection and maintenance, marksmanship, and shooting range safety. Additionally, Students will receive the NRA Guide: Basics of Pistol Shooting handbook.

This course meets Ohio, West Virginia and many other states' training requirements for a CHL. In this course, you will be introduced to handguns and ammunition and learn how to handle them safely, how to draw your handgun, accurately shoot, reload and holster, as well as other realistic training. Additionally, we will go over laws pertaining to carrying and using a handgun, as well as how to apply for a permit after completion of this class.

The Prerequisite for this course is our NON NRA Concealed Handgun License class.

This course goes over advanced defensive pistol techniques such as drawing from concealment, fighting for or maintaining control of a handgun, low-light shooting, ambidextrous firearm handling, and shooting around cover.

Learn the basics of choosing, modifying, and safely handling an AR15, including learning to manipulate the firearm efficiently, shoot at multiple distances, and learn various shooting drills.

This Individual First Aid Kit ,  or I.F.A.K,  course goes over the assembly and use of an I.F.A.K, similar to what police and law enforcement use.
